I want to thank you all for putting up with my construction work here on the blog. I finally have a design that I like and will keep. A lot has been happening to take my time and attention, some of which is very exciting with a baby on the way and a lot of work in my website design business. Every day we pray for God to provide, and every day he comes through for us. Pray for us that we can trust Him and draw closer to Him and His Word.

I do plan to post some of my recent studies here soon. I am doing a study on the Kingdom of God, which incorporates into my Christmas book. I’m teaching this in a 7 part series at our Winter Bible School at Pleasant Hill Brethren Church.

It saddens me to realize that for 28 years I never understood what the Kingdom of God is and how it fits into God’s plan for the world. Now that I feel enlightened, I am extremely anxious to package it all up in an easy to understand way and share it with you. Please subscribe to the blog if you are interested in a short guide to understanding the Kingdom of God because that’s what will be coming next here.

You can expect to see more posts about Christmas as well, since my book is taking shape and I am enjoying working on it on Sunday afternoons. It takes so much work, and I would sure appreciate your prayers. Also, if you know anyone who is interested in getting some proofreading and editing experience, let me know! I’m also open to sharing lessons about the Christmas story at your church, so keep that in mind and be sure to schedule it ahead of time.

Thank you again for your patience and all the interest you have shown in my blog. I hope the future will bring encouragement and insight that will help you.
